BROKEN TOP: Kitchen refresh & New Wine Cellar

This remodel was especially meaningful to us — a chance to reimagine a custom home Buckingham Resources originally built in 1994. The current homeowners, the third to own the property, wanted to honor its original integrity while updating key spaces to reflect their lifestyle. They reached out to our team specifically because we were the original builders.

The kitchen, though timeless in its craftsmanship, was ready for a refresh. The great room’s water feature — once a focal point — no longer suited the way the homeowners lived, so it was replaced with a stunning floor-to-ceiling glass wine cellar. What began as a remodel evolved into a lasting partnership; we’ve since completed a second home remodel for these clients, who have become wonderful friends along the way.
